Hi, I’m Nivea. As a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in mental health, I am passionate about collaborative, client-centered care. Together, we’ll embark on a journey to uncover your current challenges, aspirations, and the barriers in your way. With my training in diverse therapeutic methods, I customize my approach to meet your unique needs.
I am trained in DBT, CBT, CPT, and Couples and Sex therapy.
